Now that you have viewed the Atlantis you must be wondering what’s so special about so I’ll ask you to come around the front and I’ll explain it to you and show you how it works.
As you know, everyone from the Architects to Consultants, right down to your customers have been asking for Curved Glass and Bent Glass so with this in mind we developed the Atlantis. As you can see all five shelves have been constructed in 3/8th” Curved Temper Glass spanning the entire length of the case. The 5 Front Panels have also been designed with what everyone has been asking for - Tempered Bent Glass something that no one has shown. Now it’s early morning and your staff has been told that the 1st service will be lunch today and it will need to be a full service line, but at the end of the day they need to change over to a self service set up since it will be geared for salads, deserts and finger foods.
Up till now this meant clearing off all your decoration as well as food items and two or more people were needed to re-tool the line loosening screws and positioning the glass to raise your line to accommodate your request for a self service line. Well all that has changed! Take notice that the Atlantis has been beautifully decorated with 130 Lbs of Himalayan Sea Salt plus whets needed for your service
Now without changing anything on these shelves and without the use of manpower or tools of any kind we can automatically change the service line from full to Self service in seconds.
Through the use of our Unitek Lifters each post can lift up to 750lbs just by a flip of a switch now I’ll show you. Notice the top portion raising upward straight down the entire length of the case. Once the top is at its full extension it will grab the lower shelves as you can see and pulls them upward as well until it’s reached its maximum height. You now went from a full service to a self service only by flipping a switch and without any tools or removing anything from the shelves all by one person.
Think about this you can now load the entire case with your product then change the service capabilities this alone will save you hours in manpower and free your staff to accomplish other tasks at the same time.

Center-Post Revo Coming Soon!

But we have more exciting news to bring you. We have been working hard on making this already innovative design even better, with a new Center-Post Revo! Much like the design of the original Revo-900, the Center-Post Revo allows you, the operator to adjust the vertical shield in up to 10 different positions, and turn it a full 360 degrees by simply lifting the top post and adjusting.
What makes this new center-post revo different is that it now allows the operator to control two different vertical shields, giving each their own individual position, by only lifting and adjusting one post!

New Search Feature Added
We have just added a new feature to the blog - a Search Option.
This new option now allows you - the reader, to use the search box on the side to search for a par
ticular post or bit of information, and be taken directly to it. So for example, a search as simple as "Revo" would take you to any posts we have composed containing mention of the Revo.
But you can also search for words within posts. Here is an example of how it may be used.
1. The search bar is on the right hand side of the screen. Type your keyword into the box, and press search!
2. You will be taken to any posts containing that keyword. In this case, we searched "Bent Glass" and here you can see that it found these words within the Atlantis post.
We hope this is going to be helpful with making our blog easier to navigate through, and locate whatever it is you need.

Revo-900
The New Revo 900
Have you seen our New Revo 900 adjustable guards? Come on over and I’ll show you how it works! The Revo has been designed with the service operator in mind and is completely line functional.
Now let’s say you have a span of 31 linear feet that you need to setup for different service purposes such as full service, self service or as carving stations. Well just by unlocking the safety cap located on the top of the post you can accomplish each task. Simply lift the glass panel just enough to release some of the pressure from the post then lift the cap Now the Glass panel is being held in by the opposite post allowing the operator to simply repeat the same procedure on that post.
Once both caps are released all the operator needs to do is decide where they need to have the shield positioned - whether it be Self serve, full service or anywhere in between. And this can all be done from one side of the case. Once you have decided which of the 10 positions you need the shield to be in, all you need to do is lift the panel slightly again releasing the pressure from the post and lock the cap and giving it a quarter turn allowing it to sit back down.
Now if you need the shields higher allowing for higher chafing dishes or cleaning then we provide you with our new self adjusting posts allowing the service operator to use the hand crank that comes with the mechanical system and lift both side at one time to the desired height .
Truly a versatile shield ,The shield is also available with and electric system as well as a fixed post
So again a Vertical shield that move moves in a complete 360 and allows the operator to fix the panel in 10 different positions to suit their requirements then allowing you to adjust the height electrically or mechanically all without tools or extra manpower This is what you have been asking for and it here now.

2009 NAFEM SHOW
It hectic here at USC, the week before the 2009 NAFEM show. Creating packing lists, meeting print deadlines for fliers, pamphlets and signs, and closing up lose ends of the cases we were going to be Showcasing! As crazy of a week as it was though, we got everything together and packed into the van on January 30th, and were all ready to get going down to sunny Orlando, Florida!
Arriving in Florida, we realized that the real work would now begin with having to unload and set everything up in our designated area within the convention center! But after a some hard work, and a little injury to our sales manager, Anthony, we were ready to rock and roll!
